My new niece arrived today!
Miss Katelyn Grace made her appearance at 7:54 a.m. this morning (don't worry, my sis had a scheduled C-section so no overnight long labor). 7 lbs. 15.5 oz and 20 inches long. Mandy is doing well and Katelyn is so sweet looking! Alycen has been giving her the cold shoulder so far, but what can you expect from a dethroned princess? =)
I'm sooooo heartbroken because I won't get to hold my beautiful niece until she's a month old since we're here at Kaleo. I was Alycen's VERY FIRST visitor in the hospital (I even beat my parents, ha!), so I'm so sad that it will be so long till I get to meet little Katelyn. I did get to talk to my family and see Katelyn via facetime today, but I can't wait till the real thing. Landon & Layla are excited to have a new cousin!
